Worship Leaders
We are proud of our enthusiastic Worship Leaders. They play an important role in enriching our school’s collective worship. All Year 6 pupils have the opportunity during the year to undertake the role. Along with setting up the hall our Worship Leaders start our worship times with the call and responce and end them with the school prayer. They also plan and deliver collective worships, act out dramas and lead action songs. Worship Leaders also help monitor collective worship across the school, providing valuable pupil voice. Their feedback is shared with staff and used to further enhance the quality and impact of our worship sessions.
St. Mary's hosts services for our families at Christmas, Easter and Harvest time, with local clergy regularly leading worship in school.
